PBT Limo – Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy & Liability Agreement

By booking with PBT Limo, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. These terms apply to all reservations made through our website, phone, email, or any third‑party platform.

1. Payment Policy & No‑Chargeback Agreement

1.1 Final Payments

All payments are final once a reservation is made. PBT Limo immediately assigns a driver, vehicle, and operational resources to your trip.

1.2 No Chargebacks

The customer agrees not to dispute, reverse, or charge back any payment made to PBT Limo.

1.3 Chargeback Attempts

Any chargeback attempt will be treated as a breach of contract. PBT Limo may:

  • Provide signed agreements and trip logs to the bank
  • Pursue legal recovery of the full amount
  • Add administrative, legal, and collection fees
  • Refuse future service

2. Cancellation, Refund & Rebooking Policy

2.1 No Refunds Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non‑refundable.

2.2 Rebooking Option (50% Credit)

If you cancel within 48 hours, you may rebook your trip and receive a 50% credit toward a future reservation. Credit is valid for 90 days.

2.3 Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance

Eligible for:

  • Refund minus administrative fees, or
  • Full credit toward a future trip

2.4 No‑Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the pickup location or does not respond to the driver, the full fare is charged with no refund.

3. Personal Belongings & Customer Responsibility

3.1 Lost Items

PBT Limo is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. We will assist if possible, but:

  • Recovery is not guaranteed
  • Items are not insured
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft

3.2 Conduct & Policy Compliance

Customers must follow all company rules and driver instructions. Service may be refused if:

  • The customer behaves aggressively or unsafely
  • The customer violates company policy
  • The customer requests illegal or unsafe actions

No refunds will be issued if service is refused due to misconduct.

4. Service Conditions

4.1 Delays Beyond Our Control

PBT Limo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Airport delays
  • Law enforcement activity

4.2 Vehicle Damage

Customers are responsible for:

  • Cleaning fees
  • Damage caused by spills, smoking, or misconduct
  • Repair costs for intentional or accidental damage

5. Agreement & Acceptance

Booking with PBT Limo confirms that the customer:

  • Has read and agrees to all policies
  • Understands the no‑chargeback rule
  • Understands the no‑refund within 48 hours rule
  • Accepts responsibility for personal belongings
  • Agrees to follow all company rules
  • Understands that payment confirms acceptance of this agreement
